New Year countdown

It is the time of the year when we bade goodbye to 2011 and usher 2012. New Year means a time of reflection of the past and to make it better in the coming year with resolutions and goals.

It is an important realization because we should prioritize what we would call the `big picture' - be it family, a work goal or simply a personal characteristic. We should remain focus. There is absolutely nothing more special about year end as compared to every other day of the year, except of what we make of it in our minds.

So, here to 2012 a year where we try to illicit change from the inside and see how that changes everything else on the outside.

Countdown

This is the time of the year again when we say goodbye to 2011 and welcome 2012. A time of reflection and to take stock of our blessings and also an opportunity to express our thanks for a good year in 2011. What were our achievements in 2011 and what do we plan to do better in 2012?

We forget the little things that makes a difference such as giving a thought for the less fortunate and saying the word `sorry' and `thank you'. We tend to take things for granted and miss out the important things in life.

Less but least I share with you the saying `We seldom think of what we have, but always think of what we miss.'

People Management

Management is the buzzword in the Corporate World. Management is not about an individual delivering results. Rather it is about an individual managing a group of other individuals to achieve the desired results.

Managing an individual involves chemistry between the twos. Also at the same time, to take good care of the individual. Treat them like your best friend and look after their welfare and interest. Be a part of their family and guess what the rest will be history.

Thoughtful words

Life has its ups and downs,
Sometimes the sun shines.
Sometimes the rain lashes,
But it takes both sun and rain to make a RAINBOW.

If you want something you never had, do something you've never done.
Don't go the way life takes you. Take the life the way you go.
And remember ... you are born to live and not living because you are born.

There are no secret to success.
It is the result of preparation, hard work and learning from failure.

Credit Control

The new ruling to control and manage credit card spending for cardholders earning RM36K and below in that the maximum credit limit extended be capped at RM12000.00 for two cards. In a move to further restrict their spending, cardholders are only allowed to be a principal from a maximum of two credit card issuers.

The use of the credit card is for convenience and not for uncontrollable spending. Use the credit card wisely and be mindful of the expenses. Cardholders have to discipline themselves and monitor their spending. Live within our means and do not end up accumulating hefty debts.

The magic of smile

Your smile comes to me like a morning BLISS
Which gives the joy I don't want to MISS
Your smile is like the sun of my DAY
It fills me with the joy to set me on my WAY
A smile really doesn't cost you a DIME
It won't take up too much of your TIME
So wear a smile and it will take you

Shopping Malls

Guess the number of chic items in the stores that are screaming out `Buy me, buy me'. How many people can really ignore the voices in their heads and move on. Or do they only do so when their wallets protest that it is time to move on. The temptation is too great to resist at times. We may end up buying things that we do not require or the things are all becoming `white elephants'.

Given the availability of plastic money, more often than not, people get into the vicious cycle of succumbing to their wants instead of needs. Indeed going by the number of malls and stores that are springing up, shopping is definitely a favourite pastime in Malaysia. There is no doubt that things must be bought at some point of time, however, it is the where, when and how we go about it that can make all the difference to our cashflow.

Should we therefore `shop till we drop .... but in this day and age, who doesn't?

Just jokes

A Singh died and went to heaven.
When he got to the pearly gate, Saint Peter told him that new rules were in effect due to the advances in education on earth. In order to gain admittance as a prospective heavenly soul, he must answer two questions:
1. Name two days of the week that begin with `T'
2. How many second are in a year?
The Singh thought for a few minutes and answered.....
1 The two days of the week that begin with `T' are Today and Tomorrow
2. There are 12 seconds in a year.
Saint Peter said, `OK, I'll buy the Today and Tomorrow answer, even though it's not the answer I expected. But how did you get 12 seconds in a year?'
The Singh replied, `Well January 2nd, February 2nd, March 2nd etc....'
Saint Peter let him in without another word.

Sardar Gurbachan Singh is appearing for his University final examination. He takes his seat in the examination hall, stares at the question paper for five minutes, and then in a fit of inspiration takes his shoes off and throws them out of the window. He then removes his turban and throws it away as well. His shirt, pant, socks and watch all followed suit.
The invigilator, alarmed, approaches him and asks what is going on.
`Oye, I am only following the instructions here'! It says here `Answer the following questions in brief'.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A Singh goes to a hotel and eats heartily. After eating he goes to wash hands but starts washing the basin instead.
The manager comes running and asks him, `Mr Singh, what are doing?'
To this the man replies , `Oye, see the board here says: `Wash Basin'.

Cyber Crime

There is a syndicate believed to have siphoned funds from the Bank. The modus operandi is believed to perform phishing of information whenever the customer logs on to internet. The syndicate will upload a software at an Internet banking kiosk that records the information relating to user names and passwords.

The syndicate will later retrieve the information by downloading it at the USB drive. Armed with the information, the syndicate will then report the loss of the SIM card at the Telecommunication companies. Once the SIM card is replaced, then the Transaction Authorisation Code (TAC) will be sent to the replaced SIM card. The TAC will enable the syndicate to transfer funds into their own accounts.

Is banking so vulnerable to attack of this nature? More security should be imposed both at the Banking and Telecommunication sectors to curb crime of this nature. Both sectors should make it more difficult for syndicate to capitalize on the weaknesses.

Managing credit card usage

Banks in Malaysia have been aggressively promoting their credit cards by giving free gifts to successful applicants and offering waivers on annual fees. A catchy slogan like `Free for Life' is attractive to consumers. A credit card is a payment instrument that enables you to make purchase of goods at merchant outlets without taking cash.

Credit card is like the best invention in the world. It can become costly if not used wisely. If cardholder is in some kind of credit card debt, the best advice is to negotiate with the credit collection officer at the Financial Institution on an agreed repayment plan.

Credit cards are like double-edged swords. If one does not exercise discipline or prudence when using credit card, it can become a burden. Use it wisely and it is a useful mechanism for planned spending and investment.

The 3Rs

Most people are familiar with 3Rs - reduce, reuse and recycle which was introduced as a result of the growing problem of consumer waste. In line with the sentiments of climate change, banks started to introduce the Green Campaign. Internet banking, SMS and telephone banking are some of the options available to reduce the use of paper and in this save the trees.

A large percentage of the household still do not recycle and throw everything as thrash into the ordinary bin. The Government has implemented that waste can be recycled and should be disposed separately.

In the final analysis, the future is everyone's responsibility. The ball is in our court.

Good message

This is a powerful message in our modern society. We seemed to have lost our hearing and our sense of direction.

One young acedemically excellent person went to apply for a managerial position in a big company. He passed the first interview, the director who did the last interview made the last decision.

The Director discovered from the CV that the youth's academic achievements were excellent all the way. The Director asked, `Did you obtain any scholarships in school?' the youth answered `none'. The Director asked `Was it your father who paid for your school fees?' `My father pased away when I was one year old, it was my mother who paid for my school fees.'

The Director asked, `Where did your mother work?' The youth answered, `My mother worked as clothes cleaner.' The Director requested the youth to show his hands. The youth showed a pair of hands that were smooth and perfect.

The Director asked, `Have you ever helped your mother wash the clothes before?' The youth answered, `Never, my mother always wanted me to study and read more books. Furthermore, my mother can wash clothes faster than me.'

The Director said, `I have a request. When you go back today, go and clean your mother's hands, and then see me tomorrow morning.'

The youth felt that his chance of landing the job was high. When he went back, he happily requested his mother to let him clean her hands. His mother felt strange, happy but with mixed feelings, she showed her hands to the kid. The youth cleaned his mother's hands slowly. His tear fell as he did that. It was the first time he noticed that his mother's hands were so wrinkled and there were so many bruises in her hands. Some bruises were so painful that his mother shivered when they were cleaned with water.

This was the first time the youth realized that it was this pair of hands that washed the clothes everyday to enable him to pay the school fee. The bruises in the mother's hands were the price that the mother had to pay for his graduation and his future.

After finishing cleaning of his mother's hands, the youth quietly washed all the remaining clothes for his mother.

Next morning, the youth went to the Director's office. The Director noticed the tears in the youth's eyes and asked: `Can you tell me what have you done and learned yesterday in your house?'

The youth said `Number 1, I know now what is appreciation. Without my mother, there would not the successful me today. Number 2, by working together and helping my mother, only I now realize how difficult and tough it is to get something done. Number 3, I have come to appreciate the importance and value of family relationship.'

The Director said, `This is what I am looking for to be my manager. I want to recruit a person who can appreciate the help of others, a person who knows the suffering of others to get things done, and a person who would not put money as his only goal in life. You are hired.'

Something for sharing, good message.

Tomorrow In Head

The name Leonardo Da Vinci would swiftly have us visualize the masterpiece oil paintings of Mona Lisa and The Last Supper, amongst others. But Da Vinci's legacy was more than Mona Lisa. He spent more time sketching engineering imventions than he did paintings. He thought of these inventions even before there were materials available to bulding them and never in his mind that his inventions would be a reality some day. Da Vinci woke up with tomorrow in his head, it made him great as a result.

Da Vinci used the right and left brains and to capitalize on them. The right brain uses creativity and the left brain uses logic thinking. Most of us uses either the right or the left brain and left the other untapped. When we are able to use two brains, we may be able to wake up with tomorrow in our head. Think again.

When people leave

When good staff leave may be due to following attributes:

Environment factors
If bosses do not generate a good corporate culture, the staff will lose their motivation. A career will become `just a job'. What drives people away? A department in which the staff is not nurtured, a company where boses are indifferent to the needs of the staff or a place no one practises basic courtesies.

Lack of succession planning
If an organisation does not have one in place, the message you give your staff is `we do not have a career path for you'.

Standards and procedures in the office
If there is favouritism and the boss' decisions smack of discrimination, if people abuse the system and no one cares, then good people leave.

Nature of job
Clever executives want challenges that drive them towards excellence. One little flaw in their character is that they get bored easily. That is why bosses need to consider how they can get the best from their staff. When you expect your staff to do the same job year in and year out, with no `escape clause', they will leave no matter what you pay. Remember the market will bear the cost of excellence.

Mistakes

If a barber makes a mistake, it's a new style.
If a driver makes a mistake, it is a new path.
If an engineer makes a mistake, it is a new venture.
If parents makes a mistake, it is a new generation.
If a politician makes a mistake, it is a new law.
If a scientist makes a mistake, it is a new invention.
If a tailor makes a mistake, it is a new fashion.
If a teacher makes a mistake, it is a new theory.

If our boss makes a mistake, it is a NEW IDEA.
If an employee makes a mistake, it is still a `MISTAKE'

If a Project Manager makes a mistake, Is it called misS management????

Bad bosses

Types of bad bosses
The following are the type of bad bosses:

The Autocratic Manager
This type of managers still exist in an Organisation and they think they are the most intelligent ones who can make decisions as they are of the belief they are the thinkers in the Organisation.

The Clueless Manager
This type of Managers do not have the slightest clue of what they are doing. You go to him with one problem to solve and you go out of his room with an additional problems in hand. Not a problem solver.

The Weak Manager
This type of managers who won't stand up for you. They just toe the party line and they avoid risks.

The Micro Manager
This type of Managers are the one who do not place a trust in anyone. They want to check and counter check everything you do.

The Hard Task Master
This type of manager who thinks that working late is the hallmark of a good manager. He does not have a life and does not expect you to either. As he works late everything, he expects you to do so too.

Managing `bad' bosses is a very difficult and sensitive exercise. Always remember that finding a perfect boss/employee match is almost impossible.

Something to ponder

Arguing with your Boss is like wrestling with a pig in mud.
After a while you realise that while you are getting dirty, the pig is actually enjoying it.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Help a man when he is in trouble and he will remember you when he is in trouble again.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Complex problems have simple, easy to understand wrong answers.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It is not exactly cheating. I prefer to consider it creative problem solving.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Behind every successful woman, is a man who is surprised.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Whoever said money can't buy happiness, did'nt know where to shop.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Forgive your enemies but remember their names

Some plain is physical and some is mental, but one that's both is dental.

Mirror

The good you find in others, is in you too.
The faults you find in others, are your faults as well.
After all, to recognize something you must know it.

The possibilities you see in others,
are possible for you as well.

The beauty you see around you is your beauty.
The world around you is a reflection,
a mirror showing you the person you are.
To change your world, you must change yourself.
To blame and complain will only make matters worse.
Whatever you care about, is your responsibility.

What you see in others, shows you yourself.
See the best in others, and you will be your best.
Give to others, and you give to yourself.
Appreciate beauty, and you will be beautiful.
Admire creativity, and you will be creative.

Love, and you will be loved.
Seek to understand, and you will be understood.
Listen, and your voice will be heard.
Teach, and you will learn.

A noble mission

One hot day, a man was strolling along the seashore when he saw a young boy doing something odd in the distance. The boy would repeatedly bend to pick something up from the sand and throw it with all his might into the sea. When the man neared the boy, he realized that there were little starfish all around them on the beach. Under the blazzing sun, the starfish were obviously dying. The boy's noble mission was impressive, but there were simply too many starfish. The man said to this boy. `Son, you cannot posible save all of them.' The boy held up a starfish, tossed it into the sea and said, `But at least I could save this one.'

The boy's innocence reminds us that if your efforts can benefit at least one person, the your efforts are worthwhile.

The Magician

The magician was realy talented. He could fish a rabbit from his top hat with just a flip of his hands, he could transform flowers into doves, he could rub a handkerchief and it would become a rod. His hands could do multiple tricks in front of an amazed audience.

After seeing one of his shows, a boy decided that he too would like to become a magician. One day, the boy approached the magician's house hoping that he could learn from the expert.

The magician said to the boy, `From now on, you will have to jog for 10 kilometers every morning. Then, come back to feed my dove and rabbit and help me clean my props as well. Only then will I teach you magic.'

`Clean up your props and feed the dove and rabbit? Isn't it going to be very dirty? No, I'm not going to do it.' the boy shook his head.

The magician sighed deeped, `Well then. At least come back after jogging 10 kilometers each morning.'

`But I will be sweating so much then! I'll be too exhausted to learn anything. Why not teach me straight away?' asked the boy.

The magician fumed. `Do you think it is so easy to learn magic? I ask you to run 10 kilometers to improve your strength and feed the animals to understand their nature better. Only after cleaning the props will you understand what they are for. These are magic's basic steps. But you tell me that you don't want to do them. You only want an easy way out. Learning magic is in no way easy. Forget about it. You are not ready to learn!'

The magician then shut the door on the puzzled boy.

The Flying Spider

One day, a black spider wove a very large web between two eaves in the backyard. Does a spider fly? How else could it stretch the first thread from one end of the yard to the other, about 10 feet apart?

I later discovered that the spider had made many turns along the way. From one edge of the eaves, it made its way downward step by step along the wall, with its butt lifted upward so that the thread could be kept away from the sand or other objects on the floor. It crawled across the space, and then made its way up towards the other edge of the eaves until it was at almost the same height. It would then tighten the thread. The same was repeated many, many times.

Moral of the Story

The spider does not fly, but it can span itw web across the air. It is a diligent, sensitive, taciturn yet sturdy insect, whose web is woven in a highly delicate and orderly manner. We must therefore bear in mind that the spider cannot fly, but can still span its web across the air. We must have a strong belief in success and never give up. This is because faith is a powerful force. If we believe that we will succeed, then we will.

Hot Air Balloon

A man in a hot air balloon realized he was lost. He reduce altitude and spotted a woman below. He descended a bit more and shouted `Excuse me, can you help me? I promised a friend I would meet him an hour ago, but I don't know where I am.'

The woman below replied `You're in a hot air balloon hovering approximately 30 feet above the ground. You're between 40 and 41 degrees north latitude and between 59 and 60 degrees west longitude.'

`You must be in Information Technology,' said the ballonist.

`I am,' replied the woman, `How did you know?'

`Well,' answered the balloonist, everything you told me is technically correct, but I've no idea what to make of your information and the fact is I'm still lost. Frankly, you've not been much help at all. If anything, you've delayed my trip.'

The woman below responded. `You must be in Management.'

`I am,' replied the balloonist, `but how did you know?'

`Well,' said the woman, `you don't know where you are or where you're going. You have risen to where you are, due to a large quantity of hot air. You made a promises, which you've no idea how to keep and you expect people beneath you to solve your problems. The fact is you are in exactly the same position you were in before we met, but now somehow it's my fault.'

Positive Mental Attitude

I attended a course on `Positive Mental Attitude'from 4 April 2011 till 5 April 2011.
I have the opportunity to analyse personality styles and interestingly enough my personality styles did not change overtime. The facilitator, Rachel Khor has a very structured way of presenting the subject matter. She went on to draw the participants' attention to the power of the mind. For things to change, we must change ourselves. Very well said and it all begins with positive affirmation. This is the first step relating to the Law of Attraction. By doing so, it will attract positive energy. The second step of the Law of Attraction is to visualize the result. As an illustration, a person will realize his posssession of his dream car becoming a reality when he visualizes himself in the dream car every now and then. Last but not least in the Law of Attraction is emotionalization.

We also learn to be grateful for all the things we have.

Thoughtful words include the following:
`Watch your thots, they become words;
Watch your words, they become action;
Watch your action, they become behaviour;
Watch your behaviour, they become habits;
Watch your habits, they become character;
Watch your character, they become your destiny'

In the nutshell, we are the masters of our own destiny.

Jokes For Sharing

A married couple in their early 60s are celebrating their 40th wedding anniversay in a quiet, romantic little restaurant. Suddenly a tiny yet beautiful fairy appeared on their table. She said `For being such an exemplary married couple and for being loving each other for all this time, I will grant you each a wish.'

The wife answered `Oh, I want to travel around the world with my darling husband.' The fairy waved her magic wand and - poof - two tickets for the Queen Mary II appeared in her hands.

The husband thought for a moment: `Well, this is all very romantic; but an opportunity like this will never come again. I'm sorry my love, but my wish is to have a wife 30 years younger than me.' The wife and the fairy, were deeply disappointed but a wish is a wish.

So the fairy waved her magic wand and poof ........ the husband became 92 years old.

The moral of this story: Men who are ungrateful idots should remember fairies are female .......

Lateral Thinking

A merchant who owes money to a money lender agrees to setle the debt based upon the choice of two stones (one black, one white) from a money bag. If his daughter chooses the white stone, the debit is cancelled; if she picks the black stone, the moneylender gets the merchant's daughter. However, the moneylender `fixes' the outcome by putting two black stones in the bag.

---------------

If you were the daughter, how would you solve this problem?

---------------

The daughter sees this and when she picks a stone out of the bag, immediately drops it onto the path full of other stones. She then points out that the stone she picked must have been the opposite colour of the one remaining in the bag. Unwilling to be found out as dishonest, the money lender must agree and cancel the debt. The daughter has solved an intractable problem through the use of lateral thinking.

We may not be able to change people's attitude, but we can start by changing their perception, and that comes from changing their thinking patterns. Solution? Lateral Thinking.

Successor in Line

A successful business man was growing old and knew it was time to choose a successor to take over the business. Instead of choosing one of his Directors or his children, he decided to do something different. He called all the young executives in his company together.

He said, `It is time for me to step down and choose the next CEO. I have decided to choose one of you. The young executives were shocked but the boss continued, `I am going to give each one of you a SEED today - one very special SEED. I want you to plant the seed, water it and come back here one year from today with what you have grown from the seed I have given you. I will then judge the plants that you bring, and the one I choose will be the next CEO.'

One man named Jim was there that day and he, like the others, received a seed. He went home and excitedly told his wife the story. She helped him get a pot, soil and compost and he planted the seed. Everyday, he would water it and watch to see if it had grown. After about three weeks, some of the other executives began to talk about their seeds and the plants there were beginning to grow.

One year later when the CEO arrived, he surveyed the room and greeted his young executives.

All of a sudden, the CEO spotted Jim at the back of the room with his empty pot. He ordered the Financial Director to bring him to the front. Jim was terrified.

When Jim got to the front, the CEO asked him what had happened to his seed - Jim told him the story.

The CEO asked everyone to sit down except Jim. He looked at Jim and then announced to the young executives. `Behold your next Chief Executive Officer/'

`How could he be the new CEO?' the others said.

Then the CEO said, `One year ago today, I gave everyone in this room a seed. I told you to take the seed, plant it, water it and bring it back to me today. But I gave you all boiled seeds, they were dead - it was not posible for them to grow.'

All of you, except Jim have brought me trees and plants and flowers. When you found that the seed would not grow, you substituted another seed for the one I gave you. Jim was the only one with the courage and honesty to bring me a pot with my seed in it. Therefore, he is the one who will be the new Chief Executive Officer.

Thinking Out of the Box

An old man lived alone in Idaho. He wanted to spade his potato garden but it was very hard work. His only son, who used to help him was in prison.

The old man wrote a letter to his son and described his predicament.
`Dear Son,
I am feeling pretty bad because it looks like I won't be able to plant my potato garden this year. I'm getting too old to be digging up the garden plot. If you were here, all my troubles would be over. I know you would dig the plot for me.
Love Dad'

A few days later, he received a letter from his son.
`Dear Dad,
For Heaven's sake, Dad, don't dig up that garden. That's where I buried the bodies.
Love Son'

At 4.00am the next morning, FBI agents and local police showed up and dug up the entire area without finding any bodies. They apologized to the old man and left. That same day, the old man received another letter from his son.

`Dear Dad,
Go ahead and plant the potatoes now. That's the best I could do under the circumstances.
Love Son'

Moral of the story. If you can't do it on your own .... get HELP!!!!

Jokes from Malaysia

Country of Origin: Malaysia

A beggar to another beggar: I had a grand dinner yesterday.

How? The other beggar asked.

First beggar: Someone gave me a RM100 note yesterday. I went to the KL Tower Revolving Restaurant and ordered wine and dinner worth RM1000.00 and enjoyed the dinner. When the bill came, I said I had no money. The manager called the policeman, and handed me over to him.

I gave him RM100 note to the police fellow, and he set me free.

Isn't that a wonderful example of financial management?!!!

Chinese New Year

Chinese New Year is just round the corner. This is the year of the metal rabbit. Let us hope this year of metal rabbit is a better year.

With the coming year, the mandarin oranges are a bit expensive due to poor harvest. However mandarin oranges are synonymous with Chinese New Year. The hypermarkets are having mid night promotion for last minutes shoppers. The shopping complexes are decorated in line with the festival occasion. It is also the time of the year when we have to take stock and review.

The fast and easy way to review our personality and career:

o identify our areas of strength and possible areas of weakness;
o Capitalise on our strength and improve on our weaknesses;
o Understand our own preference for personal development;
o Chart our career path and recognize opportunities for greater success.

How to detect lies

People lie for various reasons, be it power, advantage or money. Sometimes we lie out of fear. Sometimes we tell a white lie and we console ourselves that the lie is for a good cause. Lie whether white or otherwise is still a lie.

Body Language Of A Liar
A person who is lying will tend to avoid eye contact and does not look straight in the eye. The body language in term of physical expression is limited and stiff with few arm movements. When a right handed person looks to the top right before he answers a question, he is accessing the creative part of his brain - therefore he is lying. However there are people who are `reverse organised' - those who look to the left when they lie and vice versa. So do not be too quick to jump to conclusion.

Interactions and reactions
A liar tends to be defensive. A liar tends to turn the body away and feels very uncomfortable when faced with a questioner.

Project a confident image

Successful people are usually confident people and they believe that the best will happen to them. It is confidence that spurs them on despite the obstacles that are placed before them.

Below are the attributes of a confident person:

Positive thinking
To develop confidence, you need to believe in yourself and constantly engage in positive self talk. Believe that you can accomplish what you have set out to do. Believe in your ability to do anything that you want to do.

Speak positively and make daily positive affirmations before going to sleep and when you wake up in the morning.

Start each day by telling yourself `Today is going to be a great day for me.'

Visualize success
Always think of success and visualize them and enjoy the feelings. Do it regularly and your confidence will grow.

Improve image
Project an image of confidence to others and this includes the way you carry yourself and the manner of speech. Dress appropriately for any occasion and adopt a positive posture. You should walk tall and sit confidently. Eye contact is important as it establishes confidence.

At the end of the day if you have confidence in yourself, you generate positive energy, great determination and drive within you. This in turn helps you to meet the challenges and overcome the odds and hurdles.

Happy New Year 2011

Goodbye 2010 and welcome 2011. New Year means making new year resolutions and keeping them. Revellers welcomed the new year with a big bang and at the stroke of midnight there was a magnificent display of fireworkds. The revellers erupted in cheers and wished each other Happy New Year.

Another significant meaning 1.1.11 and guess what I got it from the new year message from a friend. Let us not be satisifed and instead strive to be better in whatever we set out to do. Let us also set aside our differences and be a better person both in outlook and our approach to life as a whole.

Last but not least happy new year 2011
